GROW Programs

Decades of working closely with advisers to deliver, coach, and embed capability programs have taught us that no matter how good the program content is, it is ensuring commitment and discipline to practice, action, implement, refine, and embed post-workshop delivery that will enable change, measurable improvement, and high performance.

With that at the forefront of our minds, our unique GROW programs are designed to partner with advice businesses and advisers over the course of 12 months, to ensure that we first develop the optimum program based on needs, deliver an exceptional learning experience through our workshops, work side by side during the embed phase, and continue to engage throughout our structured sustain phase.

We work extensively with leaders and selected practitioners from their organisation to understand the key objectives from performance, learning and capability perspectives. We facilitate the Engage phase through an engagement workshop and customised surveys, which enable us to design the optimum Learn, Embed and Sustain program.

The program begins with a one-day face-to-face group workshop that completely immerses participants in the client experience with a series of implementable frameworks, engagement methodologies and skills, tools, templates and a high-performance framework that optimises outcomes. And this is just the beginning of the program.

Depending on the imperatives of the business or adviser community, we customise the embed phase, which typically comprises five engagement sessions with leaders and advisers, over an eleven-week period, to embed the new learning, frameworks, skills, tools, and templates are reviewed, prioritised, practised, refined and implemented.

This important phase is also customised based on the imperatives of the business or community. Essentially, we facilitate 6 x monthly masterclass sessions over the ensuing 6-month period, in which we revisit some of the key workshop modules and new masterclass content.
